I stayed for 3 nights and it was enjoyable. It was located in a calm area close to sea.

We simply loved our recent stay at Villa Tiha! The location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the sea. The apartment had everything we needed and felt spacious and comfortable. The beautiful beach was only a short 5-minute walk away, and the lively city center was just a 10-minute walk. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Cavtat short walk to the city walls, seaside and town and Dubrovnik. It was a pleasure to meet Katja, the host, everything was perfect. Bathroom had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

We stayed 1 night here, however it was a relaxing experience. It was excellent and stunning close to the Airport by taxi🙂

Our host was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She took care of everything and made us feel so welcome. The location of the villa was perfect, just a few steps away from the busy area but still close to everything. The air conditioning was like magic, keeping us cool in the beautiful villa. It was a great place to stay with kids as there were plenty of swimming spots nearby. We felt relaxed and happy throughout our stay. The villa itself was a charming older building, with a private balcony overlooking the trees and the water. The sunset views were breathtaking. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Our host, Katjia, was so welcoming and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. The apartment was well-equipped for self-catering, but there were also a variety of restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to access the water and take leisurely strolls. We really loved the vibe of the accommodation and Cavtat in general. If we ever visit Dubrovnik again, we would definitely choose to stay in Cavtat and use the bus or water transport to visit Dubrovnik. We would love to stay at this villa again as our visit was too short. The proximity to the airport was also a bonus, with a quick 10-minute ride. our stay was mind-blowingly amazing, and we would highly recommend it.

I had a very relaxing stay in a beautiful seafront location just a short distance from Dubrovnik old town and the town centre, and Katja was an amazing host.

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, with private boats to Dubrovnik. Updated doors and windows prevent drafts and noise. Lovely old mansion with comfortable furnishings. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach nearby. Excellent host, attentive and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Villa Tiha for one night and it was a fantastic experience. The flat was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The terrace offered stunning views and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik Airport, making it convenient for airport transfers. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, valet parking, electric kettle, and more. The staff even helped me with sim cards! It suits me perfectly, and I have no regrets coming back for Christmas.

The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away and the town center easily accessible on foot. the cool interior of the villa made it feel like a home away from home, and the breakfast provided was superb. the host was incredibly helpful, even arranging a taxi for us to the airport. We also appreciated having a washing machine and clothesline available, making it easy to keep our clothes clean and dry.

The expensive cost of taxis in the area. the bus to a nearby city was also quite pricey.

Pros of our stay at Villa Tiha were absolutely mind-blowing! The classic villa was super nice, with a spacious apartment and a newer bathroom that left us in awe. The beaches were incredibly close, just a stone's throw away. We loved the convenience of the mini kitchen and the outdoor patio, which was perfect for any time of the day. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing host, Katja. She was so pleasant and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Being conveniently close to the airport was an added bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The villa itself is full of character and beautiful. The manager/owner was incredibly kind and even brought us fresh mandarin oranges. The apartment, although initially not overly comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The garden was lovely and the beach just a short walk away. a wonderful experience that I would gladly return to.
